Ashley Carter is a Miami-based registered dietitian with a master’s degree in dietetics and over 12 years of nutrition counseling experience. As co-founder of EatWell Exchange, she specializes in culturally grounded nutrition education and brings a personal passion for skin health after dealing with acne, PCOS, and hormonal imbalances.

Now partnering with Glow Esthetics, Ashley helps clients create healthier skin from within, using evidence-based, practical nutrition strategies that address inflammation, hormones, and overall wellness.

Dr. Shama Gresseau is a board-certified nurse practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice who believes skincare and wellness go hand in hand. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Florida.

Known for her compassionate approach and calming presence, Dr. Gresseau is passionate about helping others feel confident and cared for, both inside and out. Her focus on safety, integrity, and personalized treatment reflects her deep commitment to high-quality patient care.

She is proud to serve as the Medical Director for Glow Esthetics Spa, where she works closely with the team to ensure every client receives safe, evidence-based, and exceptional skincare.
