Here are a few things to know before your appointment:
- Please arrive on time. Your appointment will be cancelled after 15 mins and you will be charge for the service.
- Please scroll down and read over our cancellation policy
- Don't wash your face the morning of your appointments
- List all the products and skincare medications you are using at home.
- Arrive with no makeup on
- No additional guests will be allowed.
- We do not accept Zelle or cash app payments.
How do I book Lala D. Skincoach?
Please note that pricing is different when booking with Lala. Treatments with Lala are customized and include add-on's that she see fit at the time of your treatment. Her goals is to help you reach your skin goals.
Yes, we offer Walk-in's and same day appointments?
We offer Walk In's on Tuesday and Saturdays from 10am-3pm. Please text (954)919-8085 for availability and address.

Full payment is required when booking.

Cancellation
Appointment must be canceled 24hrs in advance. You will lose 50% of your payment when you cancel outside of the 24hr window, that includes same day cancel. Card on file will be billed if no payment or deposit was made.

NOTE: When rescheduling, If we do not have a debit/credit card on file we will send you a link for payment. If payment is not made within 48 hrs, your appointment will be canceled and ou will lose your deposit if one was made.

Appointments must be rescheduled 24hrs prior. If you reschedule your appointment, the balance will be charge to the card on file.
